Included are condition reports; donor receipts; correspondence offering, acknowledging, accepting, and confirming gifts; catalog entry sheets; purchase orders; invoices; copyright and licensing forms; reports recording exhibition and location histories; internal memoranda regarding the mechanics of maintaining objects; photographs; meeting minutes which note approvals of objects; credit lines for objects; acquisition questionnaires; curators' descriptions of objects; newspaper clippings; and exhibition catalogs.
