Abstract

The notebook records hydrographic data, apparently from Louisiana Oyster survey conducted by the United State Bureau of Fisheries, February 2 - 22, 1898. Data recorded includes location, date, station number, surface and bottom densities and temperatures, depth and nature of bottom. Locations in Louisiana include the vicinity of Cypremort Point, Karako Bay, and points in Saint Bernard.
