Abstract

Robert P. Higgins, born in 1932, is an invertebrate zoologist who held various positions at the Smithsonian Institution and the National Museum of Natural History, 1968-1996. Then 6 leaves of printed forms out 26 are filled in pencil with field notes; they cover "Singapore, Southern Islands near an island west of a Shell Oil refinery" near Semakan Island, and were taken on April 18, 1988.
