Abstract

The item consists of a list of Allard's specimen no. 19021-20359 collected in the course of his work in the Massachusetts, Virginia, and West Virginia from February 29, 1948 through June 8, 1952. Dated specimen entries include locality, scientific or common name, and notes regarding growing conditions. The inside front cover of the volume includes a narrative entry describing blackberry specimens found on Allard's farm in Oxford, Massachusetts.
