The item consists of a list of Allard's specimen no. 15688-16999 collected in the course of his work in the Dominican Republic from 1946-1947. Dated specimen entries include locality, scientific or common name, and notes regarding growing conditions. Localities matching specimen no. ranges are indicated on the inside the front and back covers and include: Piedra Blanca, Ciudad Trujillo, Ozama River, and Constanza.
