Abstract

The item consists of a list of Allard's specimen no. 1300-14343 collected in the course of his work in the Dominican Republic in 1945. Dated specimen entries include locality, scientific name, and notes regarding growing conditions. Localities matching specimen no. ranges are indicated on the inside the front and back covers and include: Ciudad Trujillo (now known as Santo Domingo), Howard Allard's home, Piedra Blanca, and Santiago.
