Abstract

Field notes document the work of James Lynch in Australia during August 12 to October 3, 1991. The notebook contains a list of frequencies of radio transmitters used during field work, followed by dated entries which contain notes on bird banding, banding instructions, and field work observations per location. Observations include range of time or time of day, type of bird and characteristics (sex, relative location, age), behavior, band-number, and maps for locations.
