Abstract

Field notes document the work of James Lynch in Quintana Roo, Mexico, including the Yucatan peninsula and Oaxaca during February 9 to March 21, 1990, and February 1 to March 5, 1991. The loose sheets contain dated entries, headed with location information, followed by narrative style entries describing travel details, weather, work completed, and field work. Field work notes cover observations of habitat, hand drawn maps of locations with notations, lists of birds seen with common name and quantity, details about mist netting, work with colleagues, and tables of data recording mist netting totals.
