Abstract

Field notes document the work of James Lynch in Quintana Roo, Mexico, during March 24 - April 15, 1988 and February 27 - March 20, 1989. The folder contains loose sheets with journal entries and two color slides of sparrows. Contains a list of supplies left in Puerto Morelos. Entries are dated and headed with location information, followed by travel details, observations of bird behavior, bird lists and counts (common name), notes on local agriculture including intensification and its affect on bird populations, weather, habitat, hand drawn maps, and notes on a conversation with a colleague.
