Abstract

Field notes document the work of James Lynch in Australia and New Zealand, August 19 - September 1987. Contains loose sheets, correspondence, and photocopies. Entries are headed with date as well as location or route, followed by narrative style entries containing travel details, lists of bird seen (common name), work completed, daily activities, weather, routes traveled, observations of bird foraging, habitat and vegetation, a list of target species to study, notes on photographs taken, and data tables with foraging observations.
