Abstract

Field notes document the work of James Lynch in Florida, Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, and Yucatan peninsula, December 16, 1978 - January 13, 1979. Entries are recorded on loose sheets of paper and vary in structure and content. Some are dated and narrative in style. They describe travel details, locations visited including habitat and vegetation. There are also annotated drawings of fish with common name, list of seashells seen in Yucatan, tables of data for ant transects in Honduras, catalog for field work completed in Guatemala and Honduras in 1978, and a list of expenses. Also contains a copy of a specimen catalog for 1979.
