Abstract

The slides document the field work of James Lynch in the Yucatán in Mexico, circa 1979-1990. Slides are stamped with the month and year they were developed, and captions describing subject matter and location. Images show fauna (birds, fish, turtles, etc.) in habitat including close up images, vegetation, condition of habitats such as forests and coastline, crops, candid images of colleagues and local inhabitants, towns and structures, and ruins. Some captions include names of individuals, common names of flora and fauna.
