Abstract

The volume documents botanical collecting by Jefferson Hall in Cameroon during 1992. Information is recorded on pre-printed pages that list plant name (scientific), sometimes vernacular name, locality, habitat (e.g. mature forest understory), description of plant characteristics, economics (e.g. women swallow fruit when pregnant), frequency (e.g. abundant), collector name, date and specimen number (JH001/92 to JH032/92). Move specimens were collected in November and March of 1992. Some pages appear to be carbon copies of collecting information. Localities include Lopondju in southeast Cameroon. Descriptions vary in length.
