Abstract

Two pages of slides document James Lynch's study of soils and geology, circa 1971-1976. Slides are stamped with month and year developed, and include detailed captions that describe subject matter and location. Subject matter includes sorting collected oysters, soil trenches and gravel pits used soil sampling, individuals collecting soil samples, and soil profiles. Locations are identified as Ivy Necks cornfield, Sands Road, and Cheston Pen. States were not identified.
