Abstract

The loose typed notes labeled "Annotated List of Fishes Collected in North and South Carolina, Winter and Spring of 1890-91," by William Converse Kendall were collected for the United States Bureau of Fisheries. Information recorded includes scientific name, location, date, number of specimens, sometimes measurements of parts and whole, circumstances surrounding collecting, and remarks. Locations notes are numerous and through out both states. entries are numbered.
