Abstract

The notes document Russell Greenberg's work on a bird census in Chajul, Mexico, during September 1991 to April 1992. Field data is recorded on preprinted sheets that list transect name (e.g. cacao), date, observer (e.g. Javo), weather, start and end times, followed by species (common name), age/sex, locations, distance, ht/tree, and comments. Comments provided additional location information or abbreviations.
