Abstract

The field notes document work of Perry Holt relating to the study of freshwater invertebrates during March 8, 1958 to April 24, 1960. Entries are headed with specimen number (some of which were added later), date, temperature and weather, locality (listed with county, state, and landmarks), purpose of study (to collection animals for chromosome study), habitat and collectors (e.g. D. E. Nordy and P. C. Holt). Original specimen number is in the format matching "4-1658-2". Locations include Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
