Abstract

The loose sheets document the work of Judy Gradwohl in Panama relating to a census of the Plateau on Barro Colorado Island, during 1978 to 1979. Entries are headed with name, year, type of bird (scientific and common name), location, and date, followed with a list of date, band number (25-11), and time of day. Also includes lists that are netting records which are organized by date, followed by time of day, identifier (e.g. N13), type of bird, sex, and information about netting runs. Contains a narrative entries from December 13 1978 to January 14, 1979. These describe daily activities, observations of changes in the forest, observations of birds, weather, and work completed for the plateau census.
