Abstract

This notebook documents the field notes of James Luhr in Colima during 1997. There is an insert with a table about charcoal samples with data on: charcoal, quantity (SML), priority (LMH), wt (g). There are notes on itinerary, directions to the collection site, information on location (GPS/geographic coordinates), information on photos of the specimens, specimen identifiers (e.g.VF97-01-I). Specimen-specific information includes: types of rocks, inclusion, measurements in metric system, count, color and other geological characteristics.
