Abstract

The notebook documents the fieldwork of Everett D. Jackson in California during June 16 - 26, 1955. The volume begins with a table of contents that lists page numbers, description, date and specimen numbers (e.g. 55MV-1-18). Descriptions list location and type of work, e.g. geochemical analysis, mapping, and specimen collecting. Entries are dated, headed with location information or type of work, initials of team members, and followed with observations of terrain, specimens collected, and routes, and specimen analysis. Locations include but are not limited to Mouat area, Mt View cliff, and Alljman Spring.
