Abstract

The field notes document the work of James F. Luhr in Mexico during November 11 - 18, 1979. Entries provide data on: date, location, description of terrain and geological foundations, their petrological and geological characteristics, and measurements in metric system. Data on specimens include: identifier (e.g. 1004-11), geological characteristics, color, notes on photography. Some comments were added after the entries were recorded. There are drawings of the cross sections of the geological structures with the indication of the location of the specimens. Some specimens are marked by * symbol and numbers.
