Abstract

There are three notebooks in this folder that document the fieldwork of Stillman Wright in Brazil during 1933. The first notebook is dated by February 14 - April 12. Entries provide information on: date, time, location, weather condition, depth of water, the water temperature variation at levels (1=25,5°, 3=25.0°), and count of chemical samples gathered. There are tables dated by year and provide data on: month, max, min, med, chuvas. Contains an insert of a graph with changes over the period of 6 months. The second notebook documents entries with: location, date, weather conditions, temperature. The third notebook presents information on Princesa Trip, provides information about: route, time, terrain and description of location. Some information is entered as a listing of what appears to be location identifiers (e.g. 4347-CN Ac. Piacho do Meia Princesa Jun 16). There an insert of a table with values of pH corresponding to carbonic acid and bicarbonates.
