PrintThere are two notebooks in the folder. The first notebook documents the trip of Stillman Wright in Argentina during 1936. The initial entries provides the itinerary of the trip, including localities, general coordinates of the visited sites, and mileage. Flyleaves contain contact information and names of Wright's colleagues. Site visits entries provide information on: location, date, size of the area, species observed (including density of plankton), water condition (level, timed temperature, turbidity, color, pH, and concentration of chemical elements e.g. CaCO3 = 430 ppm). Alsina trip was recorded separately from other entries. The second notebook provides extensive "Notes on Species in Argentina". Entries include: scientific name of the species, location, sex, count,basal temperature, and miscellaneous physical characteristics.
