Abstract

The field notes appear to relate to the work of Russ Greenberg. Entries do not appear to be in Greenberg's handwriting. The notebook contains a variety of entry types and they cover 1975-1976. The first entires include tables of observation data that are headed with month and day as well as location information (e.g. habitat type). Table includes food type, insect 1, insect 2, and insect 3. Other entries describe methods used, list bird counts (common name) per location with date and weather, others list observations of bird behavior relating to habitat and vegetation present. There are references to work in Mexico and California and coffee plantations.
