Abstract

The hydrographic sheet no. 1678 documents collecting of sea bottom specimens from Cape May in Delaware Bay, September 5, 1885. Lieut. F. H. Crosby, U.S.N., was commanding the party. The table of data includes date, section no., locality, fathoms, and appearance. There is a note at the bottom that states to see hydrographic sheets nos. 1677 and 1679.
