Abstract

This collection of field data sheets document the work of Raymond B. Manning during a survey of Tunisia, June 28, 1972 to March 7, 1973, for the Department of Invertebrate Zoology, National Museum of Natural History. Description varies. Most sheets list: date, field no. (RBM-TUN-1 to RBM-TUN-99), coll. by (notes that family helped collect), locality, ecol. habitat, depth of capture, method of capture, and general notes. Notes include additional information about collecting locations (habitat), characteristics of specimens, vegetation, abundance of fauna, source of specimens if purchased, method of collecting. General notes are common and can be lengthy.
