Abstract

The hydrographic sheet no. 1577 documents collecting of sea bottom specimens from Fishers Islands Sound in the vicinity of Connecticut and New York, November 15 - 19, 1883. Lieut. A. W. Wadhaws, U.S.N., was commanding the party. The table of data includes date, section number, locality with latitude and longitude, fathoms, and appearance.
