Abstract

The six pages of slides document the field work by Horton H. Hobbs during 1977. The images show crayfish shortly after being collected, maps with population ranges for types of crayfish, images of terrain (possibly collecting localities). Description varies. Captions usually include a combination of slide number (e.g. 1977-11-9), station/location number (e.g. 8-777-4), USNM number (e.g. 148344), county and state, scientific name and sex. Locations are in Georgia (including images of terrain/habitat), Tennessee, South Carolina, and Virginia. The folder also contains an envelope with image information.
