Abstract

The catalog documents Ostracods that Horton H. Hobbs, Jr., collected and photographed from 1946 to circa 1981. The Ostracods were taken from collected crayfish specimens. The volume includes locality, county and state, field number [location/station number] (e.g. 6-1350-11), slide number (2756 - 5513), drainage, Ostracod species and host (listed genus and species). Sometimes notes sex and if it is a type specimen. Locations are primarily across the southeastern United States in Georgia, Louisiana, Missouri, North Carolina, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
