Abstract

The hydrographic sheet no. 1553 documents collecting of sea bottom specimens from the east coast of Florida, south of Jupiter Inlet, May 1 - 13, 1883. Lieut. H. B. Mansfield, U.S.N., was commanding the party. The table of data includes date, section number, locality, fathoms, and appearance.
