Abstract

The hydrographic sheet no. 1550 documents collecting of sea bottom specimens from point Sur to Cooper's Point in California, May 1- 8, 1883. Lieut. W. T. Swinburne, U.S.N., was commanding the party. The table of data includes date, locality including latitude and longitude with minutes and seconds, fathoms, and appearance.
