Abstract

The sheets document the field work on crayfish by Horton H. Hobbs during 1977-1978. The materials are divided into two sections. The first section begins with a list of travel details with mileage. Sheets list: no. (10-377-1); co. & state; drainage system; loc. [locality]; water, flow, width, bottom; vegetation; shore; weather; time; det. [determination] sometimes with USNM number; and coll. [collectors] which is includes T. A. English. Relates to accession number 322033 at Department of Invertebrate Zoology, National Museum of Natural History. There are additional notes that describe specimens, habitat, photographs taken. The second section contains notes, data sheets and a map. The Notes appear to be a list of species. The map was used for a trip to Georgia in October 1977. Data sheets describe collecting by Hobbs, Dubois, Daniel F. Peters, and Jean E. Pugh and also relate to accession number 322033.
