Abstract

The hydrographic sheet no. 1529 documents collecting of sea bottom specimens from Block Island Sound in Rhode Island, August 2 - October 28, 1882. Lt. Com'd'r. W. H. Brownson and Lt. H. B. Mansfield, U.S.N., were commanding the party. The table of data includes date, section number, fathoms, locality, and appearance.
