Abstract

The hydrographic sheet no. 1471 documents collecting of sea bottom specimens from Bodega head to Point Arena in California, June 21 - August 30, 1880. Lieut. H. E. Nichols, U.S.N., was commanding the party. The table of data includes date, section number, locality, fathoms, and appearance.
