Abstract

The hydrographic sheet no. 1051 documents collecting of sea bottom specimens from approaches to Penobscot Bay, Maine, August 28 - October 29, 1867. Notes were recorded by Charles Junken. The table of data includes date, section number, locality (includes latitude and longitude with minutes seconds), fathoms, appearance. Includes a note stating, "see also hydrographic sheets nos. 823 and 943."
