Abstract

The field book documents the work of Joseph A. Taff in Tuskahoma, Windingstair [Winding Stair Mountain], Oklahoma, July 03 - 31, 1905. Entries are dated and narrative in structure. They contain travel details, description of work completed, routes traveled for observations, descriptions and drawings of terrain characteristics, photographs taken, and fossils present. Includes loose inserts of notes describing the geology of the McAlester-Lehigh coal field Indian territory.
