Abstract

The field book documents the work of Robert Neuman in Great Smoky Mountains, February 17 - August 17, undated. Entries are dated and headed with locations (e.g. landmarks), followed by descriptions of minerals present, notes on traverses, geological characteristics, names of individuals with whom worked. Locations include but are not limited to Little River, Collins Gap, Tuckaleechee Cove, and Cades Cove.
