Abstract

The notebook documents the work of Harry S. Ladd during 1959 to 1963. The volume begins with a table of contents listing trips or location and page number. Entries are dated and narrative in structure. They are often headed with location. They describe travel, conferences attended, and trips to Guadalupe Island [Mexico] was drilling project was occurring. Notes relating to drilling project lists participants, travel routes, details and challenges of drilling, some results of drilling, and daily work.
