Abstract

The volume documents the field work of Ray Bassler in Hollow Springs, Tennessee, circa 1925. Begins with notes on Mississippi of Eastern Highland Rim. Entries are headed with location, followed by additional location information, number list with descriptions, geological sections with notes, notes on photographs taken, and pasted maps with notations. The maps have pin holes that have what appears to be notes on the verso that correspond to the the map on the recto.
