Abstract

The diary documents the work of William J. Sando in the vicinity of Wyoming and Idaho, June 16 - August 5, 1958. Entries are dated and narrative in structure. They are short but provide concise details relating to travel (transportation, accommodations, times, expenses), personal observations, names of colleagues with whom worked, personal details, weather, daily activities and work, and observations of geological characteristics of terrain, and reconnaissance. Localities include Baldy Mountain.
