Abstract

The notebook documents the field work of Axel A. Olsson in Peru and Bayobar [Bayóvar] region in 1926. The volume is stamped the property of the Geological Department Negritos. The entries are comprised of lists of data, usually numbered lists of locations, with bearing, measurements, and sometimes notes relating to geological descriptions of terrain. Other content is narrative in structure and describes travel details, destinations, and presence of fossils.
