Abstract

The notebook documents the field work of Axel A. Olsson in Peru, 1947. According to notes n the second page, location information utilizes the same formational names already used by the "Standard" geologists. Entries are organized by what appears to be observation of collection site which are identified numerically, and followed by a short description of geological characteristics. Also includes geological sections with notes. Some entries provide additional descriptions of travel.
