Abstract

The notebook documents the paleontological field work of William A. Oliver in Germany, September 7 - 21, 1990. A note in the first pages relates travel to "London, Frankfurt-Montpellier, Montagne Noire, M.N.-Frankfurt, Steinbruch Schmidt, Frankfurt." Entries are dated and include travel details (time of day, transportation, accommodations, contact addresses), daily activities, names of colleagues, and list of expenses. Several entries list excursions. Notes indicate field trips to Steinbruch Schmidt and an unidentified location on September 15th.
