Abstract

The notebook documents the paleontological field work of William A. Oliver in New York, October 4 - May 17, 1971, and May 17 -23, 1973. Includes three copies of a two-page itinerary for the trip October 4 - 8, 1971, which lists quadrangle, locality, and formation. One copy has notations. According to notes on the first page, 1971 field work was completed with A. Ferrari, L. Rickand, J. Soranf, Paul Enos, E. Buehler, and Ken Mesolella. Covers 8743 to 9143. Entries are dated and include location information (landmarks, roads and towns in vicinity), description collection sites (length varies), specimens collected. Notes indicate that 1973 field work was with J. Fedorowski.
