The notebook documents the paleontological field work of William A. Oliver in Europe, April 28 to August 21, 1969. Entries cover 8511 to 8659. Locations include Hillesheimer Mulde; Gotland, Sweden; Couvin-Frasnes area, Belgium; Freque area, Loire Valley, and Brittany, France; Cantabria, of Spain.
