PrintThe black-and-white photographs of Laysan ducks (Anas laysanensis) were taken on Laysan Island as part of the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program, 1962, 1965-1966. The photographs depict Laysan ducks walking near surf and in grasses. Labels on the reverse of the photographs list negative number, species, photographer, and date. Some include brief captions. Photographs by are attributed to R. B. Clapp, David B. Marshall, P. C. Shelton, and Dennis Stadel.
