Abstract

The folder contains 1 letter and notes concerning specimen of Falco columbarius. In the letter from James L. Peters to C. W. Richmond, dated June 22, 1927, sent from the Museum of Comparative Zoology in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Peters references 28 skins collected in Alaska. Accompanying the letter are his notes on the specimens, including range, measurements, and a specimen list with owning institution (USNM, Biol. Surv.), specimen number, location of collection, sex, and age.
