Abstract

This item consists of the field notes of G. S. Wislocki from his work with the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey in 1963 and 1964. Wislocki's notes document his activities observing and banding birds, and conducting bird population counts on Johnston Atoll, Taongi Atoll, Midway Island, and Kure Atoll and at sea aboard the Shearwater. Species observation checklists are included with the field notes.
