Abstract

The 5 black-and-white photographs document field work on Christmas Island [Kiritimati], March 21 - 23, 1964. The images have captions in the reverse side listing location (including Motu Tabu), date, description, negative number, and photographer (Roger Clapp). Subject matter covers Phoenix Island Petrel at entrance to nest burrow beneath log, island terrain (looking toward Motu Upua), Conopoderas nest, and Black-tipped Shark specimen.
