Abstract

The black-and-white and color photographs document field work on Howland Island, October 1963. Black-and-white images show and camp and masked booby nest, taken on October 11, 1963. Color images have captions listing location, date (October 14 -17, 1963), and possibly photographer's initials (AEC). They show a variety of unidentified birds.
